• We have a MAX Capacity of 200 Attendees for the Fall Sing Along Bingo Event! This year's Fall Social is for the whole family to attend, it is NOT a drop off event. Each person attending will need their own ticket. 
• Tickets are $5 per person ages 5+ and Free for 4 and under. 
• Each person ages 5+ MUST have a ticket to attend.  
• Tickets will be open to current, paid PTA members ONLY starting Friday October 2nd at 10 am.

• Remaining tickets will open to the Shark Public on Monday October 5th at 10 am. 
  
• Purchased tickets will be delivered home with students on Monday October 19. 

• This is NOT a drop off event. This is an event for the whole family! 
• Students must have at least 1 parent/guardian with them.
• Each person attending must have their own ticket!
• Want to enjoy dinner with your family at Sing-along Bingo but don't want to plan dinner? We've got you! When you purchase your tickets, pre-order pizzas for your family! We will do a bulk order from Papa Johns and will have the pizzas ready for pickup AT the event.

• Wearing of a costume is optional, not required
• Must be school-appropriate in content and length of skirts/dresses
• No full-face masks or full face makeup
• No full body inflatables
• Any props are discouraged as PTA and SFE staff will not be responsible for any damage or loss during the event 
• Attendees should be able to dance, sit, and move comfortably

FAQ:

Q: Last year was the fall social was just for 3rd-5th graders. Is there going to be an event just for those students again? A: At this time there is not scheduled an event that is exclusive for the 3rd - 5th graders. We wanted to try a different approach for the fall social so that it could be attended by anyone, any age, and have it be a family event! If there is a desire for a 3rd-5th grade event such as a dance like last year -- email programs@sfepta.com. If there is enough feedback + people who are willing to help plan and volunteer at it than there is a chance we can do one in the Spring!

Q: If I go to order tickets it just goes back to the home page. Why? How do I fix it? A: Tickets are currently only open for PTA Members. In the system we have it set up that only people who are logged into the website + are active PTA members for this year will have access to the form (until it opens to the SFE Shark Families that are not part of the PTA).

How to troubleshoot: If you are a member and are getting the error (it just goes back to the home page) then you'll want to check that you are logged in. You can also check your PTA status on your account. PTA membership is valid for only 1 year so there is a chance you were a PTA member last year and just need to sign up again if your membership is expired. 

If you are not a PTA member yet, Join the PTA. Then after you are an active member and logged in you can come back to this page and click to purchase tickets! Or you can wait until Oct 5th at 10 am to purchase when tickets go live for all.

Q: I'm a parent and will attend but am not wanting to play BINGO. Do I still need to buy a ticket? A: Yes, every person attending will need to have a ticket.
